LOST!!!
Harley went missing on April 24th when he escaped from his owner's yard. He is a 3 year-old, male beagle. He is a nice dog, but is sometimes shy around strangers. When he escaped, he did not have his collar on and he does not have a microchip implanted. The owner is offering a reward for Harley's safe return.
